Leadership advisory is our most personal service. We serve as a fractional Chief Strategy Officer — deeply understanding your business, your team, your market, and your goals, then helping you navigate the decisions that determine your trajectory. The format: monthly strategy sessions (90-minute deep-dive meetings reviewing performance against plan, discussing strategic decisions, and setting priorities for the coming month); asynchronous support (email and phone access between sessions for time-sensitive decisions — no waiting for the next monthly meeting); decision frameworks (structured approaches to evaluating major decisions — new hires, partnerships, product launches, market entries, pricing changes, capital raises); network access (introductions to investors, potential partners, industry experts, and other founders facing similar challenges); and board preparation (supporting founders in board meeting preparation, investor communications, and governance best practices). This is not a one-time project — it is an ongoing relationship. The advisory deepens over time as we develop deeper understanding of your business context.
